After the 5.12 Wenchuan Earthquake, the company was established as a state-owned enterprise with counterpart assistance from Henan Energy Coal Company, with a total investment of 60 million yuan, a registered capital of 30 million yuan, and an area of more than 90 acres. It is a manufacturer of preformed color markings and related products with an annual output of 2 million square meters.
